MATERIALS:
Austenitic and duplex stainless steels, carbon and alloy steels, nickel alloys, and titanium.

SHOP CAPABILITIES:
GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW welding. Thermal, O.F., and plasma cutting. Full sheet metal and machine shop facility. Two 5 ton bridge Cranes.

TESTING & INSPECTION CAPABILITIES:
X-ray viewing, liquid penetrant testing, linear measurement tools, gauges, hydro testing to 5000 psi.

DESIGN SOFTWARE:
AutoCAD 2002, MS Excel, MathCAD, Allen-Bradley and Omron process software.

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS CAPABILITIES:
UL and ULC listed control panels. PLC programming, factory automation of manual equipment, PC control using up to date software and hardware. NEMA 1 & NEMA 4 electrical enclosures. Installation, testing and training of our control packages.
