Brewing Photos

The following photos show a Specific Mechanical Systems skid mounted brewery system in operation.  All photos were generously provided by Great Reliance Food & Beverage Co., and Ian Ward, Brewvision Ltd.

Photo shows a tight brewhouse work area.  Note the fermentation vessels on the left. Diverter panel being used for a wort runoff from the lauter tun to the brewkettle.
Photo shows the mash being emptied into the mash tun by an overhead flex auger.  Note this small mash/lauter tun does not employ a rake system -  mashing in is done by hand. Sparging in process.  Note rotating sparge arm for full bed coverage.
